The Minat Rubin Resort is a tourism project the likes of which have never been built in Israel. It will be built in an area with a wild and breathtaking view near the ancient port city of Minat Rubin (Yavne Yam), which served as a major resort for hundreds and thousands of years. The resort, which will be named after the city of Minat Rubin, will combine history with progress, reflect modern trends in the design and architecture of resort villages around the world, and put Israel on the world tourism map. It will be designed in a concept based on which resort villages are built in Greece and on exotic islands around the world. The Minat Rubin Resort will be based on themes of culture, art, and music. An art gallery will be established, where monthly exhibitions by artists from Israel and abroad will be held. In addition, the gallery will host various cultural evenings that will be open to the general public, as well as various art workshops and sponsorships for young artists and budding musicians. The resort will host international conferences and summits such as Camp David and Sharm.
